What is the Mind–Body Rebalance Method?

MBRM was born from my years as a Holistic Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Medicine Healer… a fusion of modern science, ancient wisdom, and the deep knowing that lives in all of us.
For many, imbalances begin in the gut. Until gut balance is restored holistically, true harmony within the self and with the environment, remains elusive.
MBRM is not another one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a living, breathing process that honors the truth: healing is not linear… and you are the medicine.

Why “Rebalance”?

Life pulls us out of rhythm—physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
Rebalancing restores what’s been disrupted—not forcing you into someone else’s mold. Through MBRM, we work with mind, body, and spirit as one integrated system—releasing what drains you, strengthening what sustains you, and embodying the wellness that’s already yours.

Q1: What is the Mind–Body Rebalance Method (MBRM)?

A1: A gentle framework that blends nervous-system regulation, gut health, breath, self-awareness practices, and simple movement. It’s educational and supportive. It doesn’t replace medical or psychological care.

Q2: What’s included in Group Coaching?

A2: A 12-week cohort with weekly recorded sessions, light practices during and at the end of each module, and live Q&A. You’ll also have community support plus 1–2 group coaching calls per week. You’ll get reminders and a short recap after each module/week. (Structure may evolve slightly as we learn.)

Q3: How does a Discovery call work?

A3: A short, no-pressure chat to understand your goals and whether this program is a fit. If it’s not, I’ll suggest next steps or resources.

Q4: Do you work with organizations or workshops?

A4: Yes. Share your audience size, preferred dates, and themes, and I’ll reply with availability and a simple proposal.

Q5: Is this therapy or medical care?

A5: No. It’s educational and invitational. Please keep working with your licensed clinicians for diagnosis and/or treatment.

Q6: How many people are in a cohort?

A6: 24 seats. We keep groups small so your Q&A stays personal. Alumni join a separate Integration Lab and office hours; the weekly call is paced for new students.

Q7: What’s the difference between $3,000 × 3 and “Pay Monthly” at checkout?
