Depending on when you join, there may be a shorter or longer preparation period before your cohort officially begins. This helps us preserve the pace, preparation, and atmosphere of the experience.

What is the Mind–Body Rebalance Method?

MBRM was born from my years as a Holistic Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Medicine Healer, and from the deeper knowing that healing is not only physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, but interconnected.

For many people, imbalance begins in the gut. When gut rhythms and the nervous system remain dysregulated together, deeper ease and stability can become difficult to access.

MBRM is not another one-size-fits-all plan. It is a guided, living process that blends modern science, ancient wisdom, and practical daily rhythms to help you reconnect with the healing capacity already within you.

Why “Rebalance”?

Life can pull us out of rhythm… physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Rebalancing is not about forcing yourself into someone else’s mold. It is about restoring what has been disrupted and learning how to work with your mind, body, and spirit as one integrated system.

Through MBRM, we gently release what drains you, strengthen what sustains you, and support the steadier wellness already waiting within you.

Over 12 weeks, we explore six core themes that support regulation, steadier rhythms, and deeper self-trust… without overwhelm:

  • Sleep & Recovery: simple evening cues for steadier mornings.
  • Gentle Nourishment: hydration, gut-supportive rhythms, and supportive nourishment shifts.
  • Sugar & Fasting Basics: simple, steady levers for energy, clarity, and metabolic awareness.
  • Stress in the Body: downshifting and orienting practices you can actually use and feel.
  • Listening & Rewiring: learning to read your signals, understand them, and adjust with wisdom.
  • Integration: learning and aligning practices with your life, values, and capacity.

How we keep it small

Cohort size: 24 seats. Q&A stays personal.

Alumni: Past MBRM members will have a separate integration pathway as it develops, so the core weekly calls remain paced for new students.

      Q6: How many people are in a cohort?

      A6: 24 seats. We keep groups small so Q&A stays personal. Past MBRM members will have a separate integration pathway as it develops, so the core weekly calls remain paced for new students.

      Q7: What’s the difference between $3,000 × 3 and “Pay Monthly” at checkout?

      A7i: $3,000 × 3 refers to Silent Medicine’s scheduled installment option: three payments of $3,000, for a total of $9,000. Payments automatically end after the third installment.

      Any “Pay Monthly” or financing option shown by PayPal is a separate arrangement between you and PayPal. Terms, APR, and credit approval are handled by PayPal, not Silent Medicine.

      Yes. MBRM opens in intentional cohort cycles rather than continuous enrollment.
