SM-PRG Fitness is the movement arm of Silent Medicine. It’s designed for adults (18+) whose digestive, nervous, or hormonal systems need kinder, smarter movement, joint-aware and respectful training that meets you where you are… not more punishment, pressure, or “no pain, no gain” culture. Movement done in relationship with the body helps you build strength, stamina, and confidence at a pace your body can trust.

This is where you rebuild strength, stamina, and trust in your body with:

  • Gentle progression
  • Nervous-system-aware pacing
  • Respect for the season of life you’re in

No hustle. No shame. No forcing.


Why SM-PRG Fitness Exists

Silent Medicine is about healing from within: mind, body, and beyond.
Movement is part of that healing, but only when it is:

  • Regulated (not adrenaline-driven)
  • Kind to joints and tissues
  • Matching what your gut, nervous system, and energy can actually handle

SM-PRG Fitness was created for people who have:

  • Tried intense programs and crashed or burned out
  • Lived through long seasons of stress, caregiving, or overwork
  • Dealt with digestive or nervous-system dysregulation and felt worse when they “pushed through”

Who SM-PRG Fitness Is For

SM-PRG Fitness is for adults 18+ who:

  • Have sensitive, tired, or deconditioned bodies
  • Are living with gut, nervous-system, or hormonal challenges
  • Want to rebuild strength without shocking their system
  • Prefer structured guidance over random YouTube workouts
  • Want movement that aligns with nervous-system healing, not fights it

This includes:

  • Those in their 20s and 30s recovering from burnout or chronic stress
  • Those in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond navigating hormonal shifts, joint changes, or deconditioning
  • People already in Silent Medicine coaching who want their movement to support (not sabotage) their inner work

Two Paths: SM-PRG Lite and SM-PRG Power

SM-PRG Fitness offers two program families so you’re not forced into “too much” or stuck in “not enough.”

SM-PRG Lite – Ruby · Sapphire · Diamond

SM-PRG Lite is the gentle, foundational path.

It’s for adults (18+) whose bodies and nervous systems currently feel:

  • Fragile, anxious, or easily overwhelmed
  • Stiff, tired, or out of practice with movement
  • Inflamed or sensitive, especially around gut and stress patterns

Lite focuses on:

  • Joint-friendly, low-impact movement
  • Slow, regulated progression
  • Restorative strength and mobility
  • Helping your system feel safe in movement again

The levels:

  • Ruby – A very soft re-entry into movement. Think: simple, manageable steps for deeply deconditioned or very sensitive systems.
  • Sapphire – Gentle, but with a bit more structure and challenge than Ruby, once your body starts trusting movement again.
  • Diamond – Still nervous-system-aware and respectful, but with enough load and repetition to begin rebuilding noticeable strength and stamina.

You can move between these levels as your body and life allow.

SM-PRG Power – Silver · Gold · Platinum

SM-PRG Power is for adults who:

  • Already have some baseline strength and stamina
  • Want more structured, higher-intensity training
  • Still care deeply about nervous-system safety and recovery

Power focuses on:

  • Stronger strength and conditioning
  • Clear, progressive structure
  • Supporting metabolism, muscle, and energy without tipping into burnout

The levels:

  • Silver – A grounded entry into more intensity, for those stepping up from Lite or coming back from a pause.
  • Gold – A more robust challenge for bodies that can tolerate and enjoy moderate intensity.
  • Platinum – The most demanding level in the SM-PRG family, still anchored in nervous-system awareness and recovery… not punishment.

You’ll always be encouraged to listen, adapt, and step down a level when needed.

PRG is the movement guide behind SM-PRG Fitness. He is here to help you build strength and stability in a way that respects real bodies, real nervous systems, and real life.

This isn’t “push through” training. It’s breath-led, posture-aware, and progressively built, so you can get stronger without betraying your body in the process.

How SM-PRG Fitness Works (High-Level)

SM-PRG Fitness is being built as a guided, self-directed movement hub with:

  • Structured paths and levels (Lite: Ruby/Sapphire/Diamond; Power: Silver/Gold/Platinum)
  • Clear guidance on where to start based on your current capacity
  • Educational support so you understand why we move the way we do in Silent Medicine
  • A rhythm that respects work, caregiving, and real-life stress

Details like exact schedules, live vs on-demand formats, and stand-alone options (such as a 6-Week Foundations Reset) will be shared as the hub rolls out. For now, this page is your first glimpse into how movement will live inside Silent Medicine.

How to Choose Your Starting Point

A simple way to orient:

  • Start with SM-PRG Lite if:
    • Your body feels fragile, inflamed, or easily overwhelmed
    • You’ve been mostly sedentary or deconditioned for a while
    • Stress, gut issues, or poor sleep are still very active
  • Consider SM-PRG Power if:
    • You can already tolerate light-to-moderate workouts
    • You’re not in an acute flare or deep burnout
    • You want more structured strength and conditioning, but still with nervous-system awareness

When in doubt, it’s usually wiser to start lighter than you think and progress upward as your system settles and your capacity grows.


SM-PRG Fitness & Silent Medicine Coaching

SM-PRG Fitness is designed to stand on its own and to sit alongside:

One System, Different Entry Points

SM-PRG Fitness is designed as a ladder:

Ruby helps you reset and repair.
Sapphire gives you honest, repeatable workouts.
Diamond Lite (coming) bridges into more athletic training.
Power (coming) is for seasoned bodies who want performance, still with the nervous system in the room.

You don’t have to “climb” every rung. We choose the right level based on your body, your nervous system, and your season of life.


Ruby Reset & Repair (Lite)

Ruby is the reset phase of SM-PRG Fitness.
It is built for 40+ and deconditioned bodies, and for anyone whose system feels tired, inflamed, overwhelmed, or anxious.

Ruby sessions focus on:

Short, joint-aware movement.
Breath, posture, and gentle mobility.
Safe, low-load strength and early balance work.

You’ll see Ruby used inside my coaching programs, inside the community, and eventually as its own “Reset & Repair” series for nervous-system-first movement.


Sapphire Lite – Real Workouts, No Punishment

Sapphire is where movement starts to feel like training, not just rehab.

These are 25–30 minute, no-impact workouts with:

Standing as the default.
Light to moderate weights as the norm (with bodyweight options).
A calm, clear coaching tone that respects your nervous system.

Sapphire Lite includes total-body days, lower and upper body strength days, strength-plus-cardio sessions, gentle balance and rotation days, and simple “flow” workouts that feel athletic but controlled.

Sapphire can stand alone as a public-facing workout series, and it also serves as the “next level” for coaching clients graduating from Ruby.


Diamond Lite & Power (Coming Later)

Diamond Lite will become the top of the Lite family: still no impact, but more density, more direction changes, and a more athletic feel for bodies that are ready for 7–8/10 effort.

Power (Silver / Gold / Platinum) will sit above Diamond Lite as the performance track: higher-intensity, still joint-aware, still nervous-system-conscious.

For now, our focus is on doing Ruby Reset & Repair and Sapphire Lite exceptionally well.


How SM-PRG Fitness Fits Into My Work

SM-PRG Fitness is not a random stack of videos.

It is woven into:

The Mind–Body Rebalance Method (MBRM) coaching program.

  • MBRM includes the full Ruby Reset & Repair library, plus access to 1–2 Sapphire Lite workouts for those whose bodies are ready for a gentle next step.

The Founders Circle Beta experience.

  • Founders Circle includes Ruby Reset & Repair only… no Sapphire workouts. The focus is safety, repair, and rebuilding trust in your body.

The Silent Medicine Community, as short resets and monthly movement focuses.

Each level of SM-PRG Fitness is chosen intentionally, so movement supports nervous-system regulation, not burnout.


Program Families

SM-PRG Lite – Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond
Gentle, progressive movement for adults (18+) whose digestive, nervous, or hormonal systems feel sensitive or depleted, and for deconditioned bodies rebuilding trust in movement. This includes people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond who need a slower, kinder entry point.

SM-PRG Power – Silver, Gold, Platinum
Higher-intensity training for adults who already have some baseline strength and stamina, and are ready for more. SM-PRG Power is still anchored in nervous-system awareness, recovery, and long-term sustainability rather than “no pain, no gain.”


SM-PRG Fitness – FAQ

Q: Is SM-PRG Lite only for people in their 40s or 50s?
A: No. SM-PRG Lite is for adults (18+) whose bodies and nervous systems need a gentler, more regulated approach to movement. That includes people in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond. The focus is on sensitivity, recovery, and deconditioning… not age. If you resonate with “I need a kinder entry into movement,” you’re welcome here.


Q: I’m in my 60s or 70s. Can I still join SM-PRG Lite?
A: Yes, many people in their 60s and 70s may be a good fit for SM-PRG Lite, especially if you’re easing back into movement or working with a sensitive gut and nervous system. The emphasis is on safe progression, joint-friendly options, and nervous-system-aware pacing, not on pushing through pain.
This hub is educational and wellness-focused only, not medical advice. Please check with your healthcare provider to make sure a gentle movement program is appropriate for you before joining.


Q: I’m under 40 but very deconditioned or recovering from burnout. Is SM-PRG Lite for me?
A: Yes. SM-PRG Lite is also for younger adults whose systems feel tired, stressed, or “out of practice” with movement. If you’ve been through chronic stress, long work hours, illness, or emotional burnout and your body feels worn out, Lite is likely a safer starting point than a high-intensity track. You can always move into SM-PRG Power later if and when your capacity grows.


Q: Do I need to complete Lite before joining SM-PRG Power?
A: Not necessarily. Some adults will be ready to start in SM-PRG Power if they already have a baseline of strength and stamina and are not in an acute flare or deep burnout. The key question is not age, but capacity. If your body and nervous system feel reasonably stable with light-to-moderate activity, Power may be appropriate. When in doubt, it’s often wiser to start Lite and progress upward.


Q: Who is SM-PRG Power actually for?
A: SM-PRG Power is for adults who want more structured, higher-intensity training while still honoring nervous-system safety and recovery. It’s a better fit if you:

  • Can tolerate light-to-moderate workouts without crashing
  • Are not in a major flare of gut, sleep, or nervous-system symptoms
  • Feel ready to build more strength, conditioning, and power—without “punishing” your body

Power is not meant to be extreme or punishing; it’s more than Lite, but still governed by the same Silent Medicine principles.


Q: Will SM-PRG Power be too intense for someone with a history of burnout or chronic illness?
A: SM-PRG Power is not designed as a “grind” program, but it does ask more of your system than Lite. If you have a history of burnout or chronic illness and are still in a fragile phase, Lite is usually a safer starting point. Some people with a history of burnout can move into Power once their baseline has improved. Throughout the hub, you’ll be encouraged to listen, step down a level when needed, and prioritize recovery.


Q: What if I start in SM-PRG Power and realize it’s too much?
A: You are always allowed to step down a level. If you notice increased anxiety, poor sleep, flares in gut symptoms, or a sense of dread around workouts, that’s your system asking for less. SM-PRG Fitness is designed as a flexible ladder, not a trap. You can move from Power to Lite or shift from higher levels (Gold/Platinum) down to gentler ones (Silver or Lite) as needed.


Q: Can I do SM-PRG Lite and SM-PRG Power at the same time?
A: Some people may eventually blend elements of both… for example, using Lite on heavier stress weeks and Power on more resourced weeks. In the beginning, it is usually more supportive to pick one primary track so your body and nervous system can adapt to a clear rhythm. Over time, you’ll learn how to weave the tools in a way that fits your life and capacity.


Q: Is this a weight loss program?
A: No. SM-PRG Fitness is not a weight loss program. Its primary focus is supporting nervous-system regulation, gut and hormonal health, strength, mobility, and energy in a way that respects your body’s current state. Changes in body composition may happen for some people as a byproduct of consistent, supportive movement—but the intention here is healing and resilience, not chasing a number on the scale.
