Speaking Fees & Planning
Speaking fees are per engagement, not per participant.
Keynotes typically range from $8,000–$30,000 depending on:

- customization needs
Virtual engagements are typically lower than on-site events.
Travel expenses are billed separately for on-site engagements.
For audiences over 1,000 attendees, retreats, multi-session experiences, or recording/licensing requests, pricing is custom.

- A 50% deposit is required to hold event dates.
- Remaining balance is due 5 business days before the event.
- Travel is billed separately for on-site engagements.
- Recording/licensing is a separate add-on depending on usage scope.
- International engagements may require additional travel coordination and planning.
