Universal Participation Terms

Section 1 — Welcome & Purpose

Welcome to Silent Medicine.

Silent Medicine is an educational and coaching organization founded by Dr. Nnenna Ndika and operated through The Doctor’s Doctor – The Healer Is Within Us LLC. Our purpose is to provide thoughtful educational experiences and coaching opportunities that help individuals cultivate greater understanding, confidence, and practical capacity to participate more intentionally in their own healing, recovery, and long-term health and wellbeing.

Silent Medicine offers education through a variety of formats, including, but not limited to, written publications, audio and video content, podcasts, newsletters, workshops, online communities, educational programs, coaching, digital resources, future software applications, and other learning experiences developed by the organization.

These Universal Participation Terms establish the general expectations, responsibilities, rights, and protections that apply whenever you choose to participate in any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering, unless a specific program provides additional written terms. Program-specific agreements supplement these Universal Participation Terms but do not replace them unless expressly stated.

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, participating in, or otherwise engaging with any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Universal Participation Terms, together with any additional program-specific agreements applicable to your participation.

These Universal Participation Terms exist to support a respectful, ethical, and educational environment while protecting the integrity of Silent Medicine, its participants, its intellectual property, and its educational and coaching mission.

Section 2 — Educational and Coaching Nature of Silent Medicine

Silent Medicine is an educational and coaching organization. All educational offerings are designed to provide information, education, reflection, practical and experiential learning, coaching, and skill development that support participants in becoming more informed, engaged, and intentional in their own healing, recovery, health, and wellbeing.

Silent Medicine does not provide psychotherapy, psychological treatment, psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, nutritional treatment, emergency services, crisis intervention, or any other licensed healthcare service through its educational or coaching offerings, unless expressly stated within a separate written professional service agreement.

Participation in any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering does not establish a psychologist-patient relationship, physician-patient relationship, therapist-client relationship, dietitian-patient relationship, or any other healthcare provider-patient relationship between you and Dr. Nnenna Ndika, The Doctor’s Doctor – The Healer Is Within Us LLC, Silent Medicine, or any representative of the organization.

Although Dr. Nnenna Ndika is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and a Board-Certified Doctor of Integrative Medicine, and Silent Medicine’s educational philosophy has been informed by her education, professional training, clinical experience, and integrative medicine background, all Silent Medicine educational and coaching offerings are provided solely for educational and coaching purposes unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

Participants remain solely responsible for their own healthcare decisions and are encouraged to consult appropriately qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or other health-related concerns. Participants should never delay seeking, disregard, or discontinue professional healthcare because of information obtained through Silent Medicine.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, psychological or emotional crisis, or any situation requiring immediate professional intervention, contact your local emergency services or the appropriate qualified healthcare provider immediately.

Section 3 — Participant Responsibilities

By participating in any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own participation, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

You understand that meaningful learning, personal growth, healing, recovery, wellness, and lasting change require your active participation, thoughtful reflection, consistent practice, and personal responsibility. While Silent Medicine provides education, guidance, coaching, and supportive learning experiences, your progress ultimately depends upon your willingness to engage with the educational material and apply what you learn in ways that are appropriate for your own circumstances.

You agree to participate honestly, respectfully, and in good faith. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, communicate respectfully with members of the Silent Medicine team and fellow participants, and refrain from any conduct that disrupts the educational experience or interferes with the participation, wellbeing, or safety of others.

You understand that you remain solely responsible for all decisions you make before, during, and after your participation in any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering. Silent Medicine cannot and does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, improvement, or benefit from participation.

If at any time Silent Medicine determines that a participant’s conduct is disruptive, abusive, threatening, dishonest, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose, safety, or integrity of the educational and coaching environment, Silent Medicine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, revoke access to, or terminate that individual’s participation in the applicable educational or coaching offering in accordance with these Universal Participation Terms and any applicable program-specific agreement. When participation is suspended, access is revoked, or participation is terminated by Silent Medicine for these reasons, the participant shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, reimbursement, cancellation of any remaining financial obligations, or other compensation, except where required by applicable law. Silent Medicine further reserves all other rights and remedies available to the organization.

Section 4 — Health, Safety, and Professional Care

Your health, safety, and wellbeing remain your personal responsibility throughout your participation in any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering.

Silent Medicine encourages participants to make thoughtful, informed decisions regarding their health and to seek appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care from qualified healthcare professionals whenever needed.

The educational information, coaching, reflections, practices, discussions, demonstrations, recommendations, and other materials provided through Silent Medicine are intended to support learning and personal development. They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or other healthcare advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Before making significant changes to your healthcare, medications, nutritional practices, exercise routine, fasting practices, supplements, or other health-related decisions, you are encouraged to consult with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional who is familiar with your individual circumstances.

If at any time you experience symptoms that may represent a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, psychological crisis, or any other condition requiring immediate professional attention, discontinue your participation in the applicable Silent Medicine educational or coaching activity and immediately contact your local emergency services or the appropriate qualified healthcare provider.

Participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in Silent Medicine educational and coaching offerings and accept full responsibility for their own health-related decisions, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after participation.

Section 5 — Respectful Participation and Community Standards

Silent Medicine is committed to cultivating an educational and coaching environment grounded in respect, curiosity, integrity, compassion, and personal responsibility. Every participant contributes to the quality, safety, and learning experience of the wider community.

By participating in any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering, you agree to engage with fellow participants, members of the Silent Medicine team, guest presenters, moderators, and representatives of the organization in a respectful, courteous, and constructive manner.

Participants are expected to contribute in ways that support thoughtful learning and healthy discussion. Differences of opinion are welcome; however, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, bullying, threats, abusive language, hate speech, defamatory statements, deliberate misinformation, unlawful conduct, advertising, marketing, or promotion of other services, products, organizations, programs, communities, or business opportunities, or any other behavior that disrupts the educational and coaching experience or undermines the wellbeing, safety, or participation of others will not be tolerated.

Participants agree not to use any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering to solicit business, recruit participants for any other organization, program, community, business, commercial activity, or educational offering, distribute unauthorized promotional materials, engage in spam, collect participant information for personal use, or otherwise use the educational and coaching environment for personal, professional, or commercial gain without the prior written permission of Silent Medicine.

Participants agree to comply with reasonable instructions provided by the Silent Medicine team regarding the operation of educational programs, online communities, coaching activities, events, digital platforms, and other learning experiences. These instructions are intended to support a safe, respectful, productive, and educational environment for everyone.

Silent Medicine reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to moderate discussions, remove or edit content, restrict participation, revoke access, suspend or terminate participation, or take any other action reasonably necessary to preserve the safety, integrity, educational purpose, intellectual property, reputation, and overall wellbeing of its educational and coaching offerings and participants.

Section 6 — Privacy, Confidentiality, and Group Participation

Silent Medicine values privacy, dignity, and respectful participation. We are committed to cultivating educational and coaching environments in which participants feel supported in learning, reflecting, and engaging with others while recognizing that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group or online settings.

Where educational or coaching offerings include group discussions, online communities, live sessions, workshops, or other shared learning environments, participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and to treat personal information shared within those settings with care, discretion, and respect.

Participants agree not to record, photograph, screenshot, livestream, transcribe, download, reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, upload to artificial intelligence platforms, use for artificial intelligence training or prompting, disclose, or otherwise share another participant’s personal information, comments, images, likeness, recordings, questions, reflections, contributions, or identifying details without that individual’s prior written permission, except where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Participants also agree not to collect, save, scrape, export, compile, or use participant information for personal, professional, commercial, promotional, legal, retaliatory, or any other unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, usernames, social media accounts, images, messages, comments, screenshots, or any other identifying or personal information obtained through Silent Medicine.

Participants are solely responsible for the information they choose to share within any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering. While Silent Medicine encourages participants to exercise sound judgment and maintain respectful confidentiality, the organization cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality or prevent the unauthorized disclosure of information shared within group or online environments.

Members of the Silent Medicine team are expected to maintain appropriate confidentiality consistent with their respective roles and responsibilities. Silent Medicine may use participant questions, comments, observations, themes, discussions, or learning patterns in a de-identified and anonymized manner for educational, research, quality improvement, curriculum development, training, or organizational improvement purposes, unless otherwise prohibited by law or by an applicable program-specific agreement.

Silent Medicine will make commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard participant information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and its Privacy Policy. However, participants acknowledge that no electronic communication, online platform, website, cloud-based service, artificial intelligence tool, virtual meeting platform, payment processor, email service, community platform, or other digital technology can guarantee absolute privacy or security.

By participating in any Silent Medicine educational or coaching offering, you acknowledge and accept the inherent privacy and security risks associated with internet-based communications, virtual meetings, online communities, electronic communications, artificial intelligence tools, and third-party technology platforms.

Participants agree not to publish, post, circulate, distribute, reproduce, modify, remix, repurpose, misrepresent, or otherwise share confidential, private, misleading, defamatory, harassing, retaliatory, or identifying information about Silent Medicine, its participants, its founder, team members, representatives, moderators, guest presenters, educational offerings, intellectual property, proprietary materials, recordings, images, screenshots, educational content, or other protected materials in a manner that violates these Universal Participation Terms, any applicable program-specific agreement, or applicable law.

Nothing in this provision prohibits lawful, truthful, non-confidential expression. However, it does prohibit the unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, artificial intelligence training or prompting, commercial exploitation, or other misuse of Silent Medicine’s confidential information, participant content, intellectual property, proprietary materials, recordings, images, screenshots, educational content, or other protected materials without the prior written permission of Silent Medicine, except as otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law.

Participants who violate the privacy or confidentiality of other participants, misuse confidential or personal information obtained through Silent Medicine, infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of Silent Medicine, or engage in retaliatory, defamatory, harassing, or unauthorized public disclosure may have their participation suspended, restricted, revoked, or terminated without refund where applicable and may be subject to any additional rights, remedies, or legal action available to Silent Medicine under these Universal Participation Terms, any applicable program-specific agreement, and applicable law.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

All content, educational and coaching materials, resources, programs, technologies, and services provided by Silent Medicine, whether made available through the website, Community, Founders Circle, MBRM, Silent Medicine Companion, podcasts, newsletters, workshops, courses, coaching programs, digital downloads, software, applications, artificial intelligence tools, educational technologies, or any other current or future platform or delivery method, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, all intellectual property associated with Silent Medicine, including but not limited to educational and coaching materials, written content, audio recordings, video recordings, presentations, reflections, articles, books, journals, worksheets, guides, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, trademarks, service marks, branding, designs, teaching methods, educational frameworks, prompts, exercises, practices, assessments, software, applications, databases, compilations, audiovisual works, educational technologies, artificial intelligence systems, source materials, organizational methodologies, and all related content, are owned by or licensed to Silent Medicine and remain the exclusive property of Silent Medicine or its licensors.

Your participation does not transfer any ownership interest in these materials.

Limited Personal License

Subject to your continued compliance with these Universal Participation Terms, Silent Medicine grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the educational and coaching materials made available to you solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights or any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, license, sell, assign, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit Silent Medicine’s intellectual property except as expressly authorized in writing.

Permitted Personal Use

You are encouraged to engage thoughtfully with the educational and coaching materials provided through Silent Medicine.

Unless otherwise restricted, you may:

• read, view, listen to, and participate in educational materials for your own personal learning;
• take personal notes for your individual use;
• apply concepts, practices, reflections, and educational principles within your own life;
• discuss your personal experiences and insights without reproducing or distributing Silent Medicine’s protected materials; and
• access purchased or subscribed educational content in accordance with the terms applicable to that offering.

Prohibited Uses

Except where expressly authorized in writing by Silent Medicine, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, sell, license, lease, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the educational materials;
• record, download, scrape, capture, archive, or systematically collect protected content except where downloading has been intentionally provided by Silent Medicine;
• create derivative works based upon Silent Medicine’s educational materials, frameworks, methodologies, software, or technologies;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;
• use Silent Medicine materials to create or support competing educational programs, communities, businesses, products, services, software, or artificial intelligence systems;
• share purchased, subscription, member-only, password-protected, or otherwise restricted content with individuals who have not been granted authorized access;
• circumvent technological protections or access controls;
• falsely represent Silent Medicine materials as your own work or as the work of another person; or
• otherwise use Silent Medicine intellectual property in any manner inconsistent with these Universal Participation Terms.

Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Machine Learning

Because Silent Medicine is committed to protecting its educational integrity and intellectual property, you may not use any portion of Silent Medicine’s protected materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, prompt, develop, improve, or support artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, large language models, automated knowledge bases, retrieval systems, synthetic media systems, or similar technologies without the prior written permission of Silent Medicine.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to:

• uploading protected materials into AI systems for redistribution or commercial use;
• using Silent Medicine content to generate competing educational materials;
• incorporating Silent Medicine materials into AI training datasets or automated knowledge repositories;
• extracting or harvesting educational content through automated means; or
• using automated systems to reproduce substantial portions of Silent Medicine’s educational resources.

Reasonable personal use of generally available AI tools for private learning, organization, summarization, or accessibility purposes may be permitted, provided such use does not violate these Terms, disclose confidential participant information, infringe Silent Medicine’s intellectual property rights, or facilitate unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of the materials.

Participant Content

You retain ownership of the original content you independently create and submit to Silent Medicine, including comments, questions, assignments, reflections, or other participant contributions.

By voluntarily submitting such content, you grant Silent Medicine a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and incorporate that content for educational, operational, promotional, archival, quality improvement, research, and organizational purposes, provided that any use of personally identifiable information remains subject to the privacy provisions of these Universal Participation Terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this section transfers ownership of your independently created work to Silent Medicine.

Continuous Improvement

Silent Medicine continually develops, refines, updates, reorganizes, expands, replaces, or retires educational materials, programs, technologies, organizational frameworks, and learning experiences.

Nothing in these Universal Participation Terms obligates Silent Medicine to maintain any particular educational resource, feature, program, technology, delivery method, or service in its current form.

Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns

If you become aware of unauthorized use, infringement, or misuse of Silent Medicine’s intellectual property, you are encouraged to promptly notify Silent Medicine so that the matter may be appropriately reviewed.

Remedies

Unauthorized use of Silent Medicine’s intellectual property may result in suspension or termination of access, removal from programs or communities, legal action, equitable relief including injunctive relief where permitted by law, recovery of damages where appropriate, and any other remedies available under applicable law or equity.

Silent Medicine’s decision not to immediately enforce any intellectual property right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Survival

The intellectual property protections, license restrictions, confidentiality obligations, participant use restrictions, and organizational rights contained in this Section survive the termination of your participation and remain enforceable after your access to Silent Medicine has ended.

Section 8 — Payments, Access, Cancellations & Organizational Rights

Silent Medicine offers a variety of educational experiences, coaching opportunities, subscriptions, memberships, digital resources, programs, events, technologies, and other services. Certain offerings may require payment before access is granted.

By purchasing or subscribing to any paid offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees, charges, taxes, and other amounts associated with your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through independent third-party payment providers. By submitting your payment information, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method in accordance with your purchase.

Silent Medicine does not store complete payment card information and is not responsible for errors, interruptions, security incidents, or processing failures attributable to third-party payment providers.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Certain offerings, including subscriptions and memberships, automatically renew unless cancelled before the next applicable billing cycle.

By enrolling in a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize the applicable payment processor to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring intervals associated with your plan until you cancel.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate, current, and valid payment information.

Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed for any reason, Silent Medicine may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to the applicable educational and coaching materials, memberships, subscriptions, communities, technologies, applications, software, or services until payment has been successfully received.

Silent Medicine reserves the right to make reasonable attempts to collect outstanding balances using the payment method you have authorized, subject to applicable law and the policies of the payment processor.

Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering, you may cancel a recurring subscription or membership at any time through the applicable payment platform or by following the cancellation instructions provided by Silent Medicine.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not entitle you to a refund for charges already incurred.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically restore access to previously expired subscriptions, memberships, or educational offerings.

Refunds

Because many Silent Medicine offerings provide immediate access to educational and coaching materials, digital resources, downloadable content, member communities, intellectual property, software, or other proprietary resources, all purchases are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law.

If Silent Medicine elects to provide a refund in a particular circumstance, that decision is voluntary and shall not create an obligation to provide refunds under similar circumstances in the future.

Organizational Changes

Silent Medicine continually evaluates, refines, and improves its educational experiences, coaching opportunities, technologies, and organizational offerings.

Accordingly, Silent Medicine reserves the right to modify, update, expand, combine, divide, rename, replace, suspend, discontinue, retire, or otherwise change any educational program, coaching opportunity, subscription, membership, service, feature, technology, software, application, platform, pricing structure, delivery method, or organizational offering at any time.

Where reasonably practicable, Silent Medicine will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes that significantly affect active participants.

Pricing

Silent Medicine reserves the right to establish, modify, suspend, or discontinue pricing, discounts, scholarships, promotional offers, payment plans, membership tiers, subscription options, and eligibility requirements at any time.

Unless otherwise expressly communicated, pricing changes apply prospectively and do not affect amounts already paid for the current billing period.

Access

Access to educational and coaching materials is granted solely to the individual who purchases or receives authorized access.

Access rights may not be transferred, assigned, shared, sublicensed, resold, or otherwise made available to another individual without the prior written permission of Silent Medicine.

Silent Medicine reserves the right to verify participant identity and authorized access where reasonably necessary to protect the organization, its participants, and its educational resources.

Organizational Authority

Silent Medicine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, limit, or terminate access to any educational offering, coaching opportunity, membership, subscription, community, technology, software, application, platform, or service when reasonably necessary to:

• protect participants;
• protect the organization;
• protect its intellectual property and proprietary resources;
• investigate suspected violations of these Universal Participation Terms;
• comply with applicable law or legal process;
• protect the safety, security, integrity, or proper functioning of Silent Medicine; or
• preserve the educational environment, coaching opportunities, organizational mission, and long-term sustainability of the organization.

Where participation is suspended or terminated because of a participant’s violation of these Universal Participation Terms, refunds will not be provided unless required by applicable law.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first making a reasonable effort to resolve the matter directly with Silent Medicine, Silent Medicine reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to applicable educational and coaching offerings while the dispute is being reviewed.

Nothing in this section limits any legal rights you may have to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent charges.

No Guarantee of Future Availability

Participation in any Silent Medicine offering does not guarantee the continued availability of any particular educational program, coaching opportunity, instructor, facilitator, feature, technology, software, application, pricing, membership level, subscription plan, organizational offering, or delivery method.

Survival

The payment obligations, refund provisions, organizational rights, access restrictions, and related responsibilities contained in this Section survive the termination of your participation to the extent necessary to enforce their intended purpose.

Section 9 — Technology, Online Services & Third-Party Platforms

Silent Medicine uses a variety of technologies, websites, applications, communication tools, software platforms, payment processors, learning management systems, community platforms, artificial intelligence tools, email services, video conferencing services, podcast platforms, and other third-party technologies to support its educational experiences, coaching opportunities, and organizational operations.

While Silent Medicine carefully selects the technologies it chooses to use, many of these services are owned, operated, and maintained by independent third parties over whom Silent Medicine has no direct control.

Third-Party Services

Your participation in Silent Medicine may require you to access or use third-party websites, applications, software, communication platforms, payment providers, or other technologies.

Your use of those services is governed by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies established by their respective providers.

Silent Medicine is not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, policies, or practices of independent third-party services.

Technology Availability

Silent Medicine strives to provide reliable access to its educational and coaching offerings. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Educational materials, communities, subscriptions, software, applications, websites, podcasts, videos, live events, downloadable resources, and other services may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, technical difficulties, software updates, internet disruptions, cybersecurity events, platform outages, or circumstances beyond Silent Medicine’s reasonable control.

Artificial Intelligence

Silent Medicine may use artificial intelligence technologies to support educational content development, organizational operations, participant communications, administrative efficiency, accessibility, content organization, research, or other lawful business purposes.

AI-assisted processes are intended to support—not replace—human judgment, professional oversight, or organizational decision-making where appropriate.

Electronic Communications

By participating in Silent Medicine, you consent to receive electronic communications relating to your participation, including emails, newsletters, announcements, educational updates, billing notices, technical notifications, policy updates, and other communications reasonably related to your relationship with Silent Medicine.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information to receive these communications.

Security

Silent Medicine implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect its systems and participant information.

However, no technology, internet transmission, electronic storage system, or cybersecurity measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, authentication methods, and account access information where applicable.

You agree to promptly notify Silent Medicine if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account or any security concern that may affect your participation.

Future Technologies

As Silent Medicine continues to evolve, educational experiences, coaching opportunities, and participant services may be delivered through new or emerging technologies, software platforms, mobile applications, artificial intelligence systems, or other delivery methods not currently in use.

These Universal Participation Terms apply to those future technologies unless Silent Medicine expressly provides otherwise.

Organizational Authority

Silent Medicine reserves the right to modify, replace, upgrade, discontinue, or migrate technologies, software, communication platforms, hosting providers, community platforms, applications, or other operational systems whenever reasonably necessary to improve security, functionality, participant experience, operational efficiency, or organizational sustainability.

Where reasonably practicable, Silent Medicine will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of material technology changes that significantly affect their participation.

Service Interruptions

All educational materials, coaching opportunities, programs, courses, workshops, consulting services, podcasts, newsletters, reflections, digital resources, community discussions, artificial intelligence-assisted resources, and other content provided by Silent Medicine are offered solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided by Silent Medicine constitutes psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, nutrition therapy, crisis intervention of any kind, legal advice, financial advice, or any other licensed professional service unless expressly stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silent Medicine, its founder, officers, directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, licensors, service providers, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages arising out of or relating to your participation in Silent Medicine or your use of its educational and coaching materials, technologies, services, platforms, or resources.

No Waiver of Legal Rights

Nothing in these Universal Participation Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Likewise, nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to require you to waive legal rights that applicable law does not permit you to waive.

Survival

The disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification obligations, and related protections contained in this Section survive the termination of your participation to the extent necessary to fulfill their intended purpose.

If you access or participate in Silent Medicine from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to your own jurisdiction to the extent they apply to your participation.
