Silent Medicine is a whole-person health education and coaching platform founded by Dr. Nnenna Ndika, a licensed clinical psychologist in California and Rhode Island and a Doctor of Integrative Medicine. Where Science Meets Spirit, Silent Medicine brings together clinical psychology, integrative medicine, mind-body science, conscious living, lifestyle approaches, and spiritual inquiry to help people better understand their bodies, patterns, environments, and capacity for healing and greater wholeness.
More than a platform, Silent Medicine is also a philosophy, a sanctuary, and a call to return to the innate healing wisdom within. Here, we honor the mind–body connection as a dyad and the mind–body–spirit integration as a triad. Silent Medicine helps build greater harmony across the interconnected dimensions of whole-person wellbeing.

My Journey
I’ve walked the path of healing from both sides… supporting others as a clinical psychologist and learning to listen more deeply to my own body’s story. My academic and professional training in clinical psychology and integrative medicine gave me frameworks for understanding the mind, behavior, the nervous system, health, and evidence-informed care.
My lived experiences widened that lens, opening me more deeply to natural and conscious living, energy medicine, spiritual wellness, environmental influences, and the Inner Healer we each carry.

Over time, I came to understand healing not simply as something we chase from outside ourselves, but as something we participate in by supporting conditions that allow the body, mind, and spirit to work together more harmoniously.
Silent Medicine grew from that understanding… and from my desire to help others recognize and work with the healing wisdom already present within us.
The Philosophy of Silent Medicine
At its heart, Silent Medicine is about supporting harmony across the interconnected dimensions of whole-person wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental, spiritual, and beyond.
We begin by listening to the body’s signals, becoming aware of the mind’s patterns, attending to the conditions in which we live, and reconnecting with the innate wisdom that can guide how we support ourselves.
Three guiding principles
- The Mind–Body Connection (Dyad): recognizing the ongoing relationship and communication between our mental and emotional processes and our physical wellbeing.
- The Mind–Body–Spirit Integration (Triad): honoring mind, body, and spirit as interconnected dimensions of whole-person wellbeing.
- The Inner Healer: recognizing and trusting the healing wisdom within us while supporting conditions that allow the body, mind, spirit and beyond to work together more harmoniously.
Meet Dr. Nnenna Ndika

I am Dr. Nnenna Ndika, a licensed Clinical Psychologist in California and Rhode Island, a Doctor of Integrative Medicine, and the founder of Silent Medicine — Where Science Meets Spirit.
I am also the creator of the Mind-Body Rebalance Method (MBRM), Founders Circle (Beta), the Silent Medicine Companion, the broader Silent Medicine Community, and I also host The Wellness Collective, our live wellness education and support forum.
My work brings together clinical psychology, integrative medicine, mind-body science, natural and conscious living, spiritual wellness, and whole-person approaches to help people better understand themselves and support greater harmony across the interconnected dimensions of their lives.
My approach is compassionate, evidence-aware, trauma-informed, and grounded in a simple principle: the healing wisdom we are searching for is not entirely outside us. Much of the work is learning to recognize, listen to, and support the Inner Healer already within us.
