The Monthly Practice Loop
Each month follows a simple rhythm so the practice stays small, steady, and doable.
1) Downshift (90 seconds). Slow exhale, soften jaw, feel your feet.
2) Do one tiny practice. One tile only; stop when the stop-point is reached.
3) Check in. One-line note in the thread: state / what you tried / one word you noticed that came up for you.
4) These practices are intentionally simple, but not simplistic. Over time, they help build the steadiness, discernment, and embodied awareness explored more deeply in Founders Circle and the Mind-Body Rebalance Method (MBRM).
