Mind-Body Rebalance Method (MBRM)
A 12-week, group-based coaching pathway that blends self-directed practice with one weekly live class and one weekly office-hours call. Designed for adults ready to gently rewire stress patterns, support gut and nervous-system health, and live from a steadier and grounded inner center.

Founders Circle (8-Week Beta Cohort)
A smaller, time-bound cohort for early adopters who want to walk through the core Mind-Body Rebalance process, offer feedback, and help refine our flagship as a living, evolving program. Includes weekly live classes and office hours with rotating individual check-ins.

SM-PRG Fitness (Movement Programs)
A nervous-system aware movement hub with SM-PRG Lite (Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond) and SM-PRG Power (Silver, Gold, Platinum). Designed for adults (18+) in different seasons of life, and for a gentle progression from deconditioned and sensitive systems to stronger, steadier movement.

Mind-Body Rebalance Method (MBRM)

MBRM is for you if:

  • You feel the strain of long-term stress, emotional overload, or gut–nervous-system symptoms and want a structured, compassionate way to address them.
  • You’re tired of quick fixes and want a grounded method that respects both science and spirit.
  • You’re willing to show up weekly, practice between sessions, and let your body, mind, and inner wisdom be part of the process.

How MBRM works

Mind-Body Rebalance Method (MBRM)

is a 12-week, group-based coaching pathway for adults (18+) that blends self-directed practice with weekly live classes and office hours to gently rewire stress patterns, support gut and nervous-system health, and return you to a steadier inner center.

Each week includes:

  • 1 hour – Live Class (Group Format)
    A weekly group session focused on that week’s theme such as nervous-system regulation, emotional digestion, somatic tools, gut–brain support, and practical lifestyle shifts.
    • You’ll receive teaching and context
    • Practice simple tools together
    • Have space for questions within the group
  • 1 hour – Office Hours & Q&A (Hybrid Group + Individual Check-Ins)
    A weekly support block designed for integration and real-life application.
    • Open group Q&A so everyone can learn from common patterns and questions
    • Within this hour, we rotate brief individual check-ins (for example, two 15–20 minute windows) so different members receive focused support over time, without any one person dominating the space
    • The exact format may evolve as we learn what best supports the group, but the commitment to steady, meaningful support each week remains

Between sessions, you’ll be invited to simple practices and reflections that help you:

  • Notice what your body is saying
  • Shift stress patterns gently rather than forcefully
  • Build a more trusting, regulated relationship with yourself

    A weekly group session where we explore one key pillar of mind–body rebalance — including nervous-system care, emotional processing, somatic tools, and practical lifestyle supports.

    • There is room for reflection and questions as a circle
  • 1 hour – Office Hours & Q&A (Hybrid Group + Individual Check-Ins)
    A weekly time for integration, questions, and story-sharing.
    • We explore what came up for you as you applied the material in real life
    • We hold space for shared themes and patterns in the group
    • We rotate brief individual segments (for example, two 15–20 minute windows) so different members receive focused support over the 8 weeks without any one person dominating the time

Because this is a beta cohort:

  • You’ll be invited to complete simple weekly check-ins and feedback forms
  • Your experience helps clarify what’s most supportive, what needs more time, and where the method can be refined for future cohorts
  • You receive access to the emerging structure in a more intimate, early-stage way

Founders Circle draws from the Ruby Reset & Repair library only, to rebuild trust and safety in your body.
MBRM (Mind–Body Rebalance Method) includes Ruby Reset & Repair and, when your body is ready, optional access to 1–2 Sapphire Lite “next-step” workouts for gentle strength and stamina.

SM-PRG Fitness – Mini FAQ

Q: Is SM-PRG Lite only for people in their 40s or 50s?
A: No. SM-PRG Lite is designed for adults (18+) whose bodies and nervous systems need a gentler, more regulated approach. This includes people in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond. I mention 40–50+ because many people in that season of life are navigating hormonal shifts, stress, and deconditioning, but the program is ability-based, not age-limited. If you resonate with “I need a kinder entry into movement,” you’re welcome here.


Q: I’m in my 60s or 70s. Can I still join SM-PRG Lite?
A: Yes, many people in their 60s and 70s may be well suited for SM-PRG Lite, especially if you’re easing back into movement or working with a sensitive gut and nervous system. The focus is on safe progression, joint-friendly options, and nervous-system-aware pacing, not on pushing through pain.
That said, this program is educational and wellness-focused only, not medical advice. Please check with your healthcare provider to make sure a gentle movement program is appropriate for you before joining.


Q: I’m under 40 but very deconditioned or recovering from burnout. Is SM-PRG Lite for me?
A: Yes. SM-PRG Lite is also for younger adults whose systems are tired, stressed, or deconditioned. If you’ve been through chronic stress, long work hours, illness, or emotional burnout and your body feels “worn out,” Lite is likely a better starting point than a high-intensity track. From there, you can always progress into SM-PRG Power when your capacity grows.


Q: How do I know whether to choose SM-PRG Lite or SM-PRG Power?
A: A simple guideline:

  • Choose SM-PRG Lite if your body or nervous system feels fragile, anxious, inflamed, or “out of practice” with movement.
  • Choose SM-PRG Power if you already have some baseline strength and stamina, and you’re ready for more structured, higher-intensity work… while still honoring nervous-system safety and recovery.

If you’re unsure, it’s usually wiser to start with Lite and progress upward as your body and energy settle.
