Silent Medicine (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates silentmedicine.com. We provide educational content on mind‑body‑spirit wellness and related resources.

- Newsletter & waitlist sign‑ups: Name (optional), email address, interest groups, source fields (e.g.,
sm_source), double opt‑in confirmation status. - Contact forms: Name, email, message details, and optional fields you choose to submit. Submissions are logged in our site database (Flamingo) for follow‑up and record‑keeping.
- Usage data & cookies: Basic analytics and site performance data (page views, referrers, device information). If privacy‑friendly analytics are enabled later, we will update this section.
- Security & anti‑spam: We use reCAPTCHA v3 and a simple honeypot to deter spam. This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
- Email delivery records: Our email service records delivery and engagement events to ensure deliverability and improve content.
How we use information
- To deliver newsletters, waitlist updates, and requested resources (e.g., lead magnets).
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To maintain site security, diagnose issues, and improve performance.

Who processes your data
We share data with service providers who help us operate the site and email:
- MailerLite (email marketing and automations)
- Namecheap Private Email / SMTP (transactional mail delivery)
- Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention)
- WordPress plugins necessary for functionality (e.g., Contact Form 7, Flamingo, Rank Math, Autoptimize, EWWW Image Optimizer, Redirection) These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal information. If we enable advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy and offer appropriate choices.
Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
