Why I wrote this book

Modern life pulls us out of rhythm. We over-intellectualize, override the body, and lose touch with the quiet intelligence within.
As a Holistic Clinical Psychologist and Integrative Medicine healer, I’ve seen what shifts when we rebalance: nervous systems settle, digestion and energy recover, and the inner healer wakes up. Silent Medicine gathers clinical insights, research, and lived experience (including revised excerpts from my dissertation) into a compassionate, practical guide.
