My TIENS Journey

Typically, I am not a supplement person.

I am deeply discerning about what I put into my body, especially where what is to be ingested or put on comes from, what it contains, how it was made, and how closely it remains connected to the earth.

My interest in TIENS did not begin with a desire to promote another supplement company. It grew gradually through listening, questioning, research, and the encouraging experiences shared by people who had used the products.

What drew me closer was the possibility of a modern wellness line still carrying traces of ancient wisdom and traditional thinking beneath its contemporary form.

Ancient wisdom was true yesterday, is today, and will be tomorrow.

I have now selected several TIENS products that I intend to explore personally. I shall not be using them all at once, but carefully and over time.

This page will become a living record of that journey.

My Approach

Why TIENS Has My Attention

I did not come to TIENS because I was looking for another supplement company. My interest developed gradually through listening, questioning, research, and the generally positive experiences shared by people who have used the products.

What especially drew my attention was the possibility of a broad wellness line that brings ancient wisdom and traditional thinking into a modern form.

I have selected several TIENS products that I intend to explore personally. I wouldn’t be able to use them all at once, but rather gradually and attentively. As I use them, I will add honest updates about my own experiences to this living page.

You do not need to wait for my personal journey to explore TIENS for yourself. The products featured here will link to their official TIENS information, allowing you to learn more and decide which options may be relevant to your own wellness interests, preferences, and circumstances. You may also choose to share your own experiences with the V-Moment community.

This page will not reproduce the entire TIENS catalogue. Instead, it will provide a thoughtful entrance into the collection, introduce the products that have caught my attention, and show the different ways you may choose to participate.

Products I Have Selected to Explore

Here is my current selection of TIENS products:

TIENS Lipid Metabolic Tea

Lipid Metabolic Tea

TIENS Lipid Metabolic Management Tea is an herbal blend of gynostemma… also known as jiaogulan. This tea also contains lotus leaf, cassia seed, green tea, and Polygonum multiflorum root. TIENS developed the formula to support healthy lipid metabolism. It was one of the first products to capture my attention because it brings traditional Chinese herbal knowledge into a simple tea-based wellness practice.

TIENS Spirulina supplement

Spirulina

TIENS Spirulina Capsules are made from dried Arthrospira platensis, commonly known as spirulina. It is a nutrient-rich blue-green organism that naturally contains protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other phytonutrients. Spirulina has been consumed across cultures for centuries and is valued today as a concentrated source of nourishment that can complement a balanced diet. I selected it because its rich nutritional profile reflects the meeting of ancient food wisdom and modern wellness.

Chitosan

TIENS Chitosan Capsules contain chitosan, a natural dietary fiber derived from red crustacean shells. Chitosan is valued for its distinctive chemical structure and has been widely used in food supplements as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. I selected it because I am interested in the role of natural fibers and in how compounds from marine sources are being adapted into modern wellness formulations.

Cordyceps

TIENS Cordyceps is made with fermented Cordyceps sinensis mycelium powder, bringing a substance long valued in Chinese wellness traditions into a modern capsule form. I selected it because of its traditional association with vitality and resilience, and because TIENS presents it as supporting immune function and helping reduce fatigue.

Cell Rejuvenation Capsules, also called Ikan

TIENS Cell Rejuvenation Capsules, also known as Ikan, combine carrot powder with extracts of jiaogulan and green tea, vitamin C, and chromium-enriched yeast. Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress, while chromium supports normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. I selected Ikan because its formulation brings traditional botanical ingredients together with modern nutritional science.

Crystal Black Bracelet — available in 195 mm or 210 mm

The TIENS Crystal Black Bracelet is a titanium magnetic bracelet designed as a wearable addition to the TIENS wellness collection. I selected it because I am interested in wellness tools that can be incorporated quietly into everyday life, without adding another complicated practice or routine. Its polished black design also allows it to be worn as an ordinary piece of jewelry.

A Gentle Reminder

Wellness is never one-size-fits-all. Explore thoughtfully, review the available product information, listen to your body, and choose what feels appropriate for your own needs and circumstances. I will continue to share what I learn and experience as this journey unfolds… and you are warmly invited to join me.
