Founders Circle is cohort-based and opens in intentional cycles rather than continuous enrollment. Depending on when you join, there may be a shorter or longer preparation period before your cohort officially begins. This helps us preserve the pace, preparation, and atmosphere of the experience

Completion pathways

After completing Founders and meeting the Show-Up Promise, eligible participants may choose one completion option:

  • 6 months of Community access — complimentary
  • 10% off MBRM at the Founders Alumni Rate — $7,200 paid in full or 3 payments of $2,700
  • 50% Founders fee rebate — $199.50, with a completed testimonial and release

Perks do not stack.

Note: The rebate option is not a standard refund. It is available only to eligible participants who meet the Show-Up Promise and complete the testimonial release process.

This is an abridged path drawn from the 12-week Mind-Body Rebalance Method (MBRM), designed to help participants practice one steady, measurable shift each week.

The Show‑Up Promise

We’re honoring follow-through, not perfection.

To qualify for a completion pathway, participants stay engaged by:

  • attending at least 6 of 8 weekly sessions live, or watching the replay within 72 hours
  • completing at least 7 of 8 weekly check-ins
  • submitting the short End-of-Cohort Reflection

Optional Testimonial / Rebate Option:
If you choose the 50% Founders fee rebate option, a completed testimonial and separate Testimonial Release are required. Testimonials are entirely optional, never contingent on a positive view, and may be written, audio, or video; photos are optional.

  • End‑of‑Cohort Reflection (required for Show‑Up Promise): 3–5 questions about what changed for you. Private, de‑identified in any summary.
  • Public Testimonial (optional): 60–90s video or 75–150 words written. Separate consent (see Release). We’ll clearly disclose that you were a beta participant and may have received program benefits.

Eligible participants may choose one completion pathway after the cohort ends. Perks do not stack.

Outcomes & reporting

We may analyze de-identified, aggregated results from this beta, such as changes in sleep, steadiness, and digestive comfort, to create a public outcomes summary about the MBRM approach, future courses, programs, and community support.

No names, emails, quotes, or images will be included.

Participation does not require sharing a public testimonial. Testimonials are optional and require a separate release.

    Optional testimonials

    • Release requirement: We only publish testimonials with your explicit written permission via a separate Testimonial Release (not pre‑checked). You can revoke permission for future use at any time by emailing hello@silentmedicine.com. Revocation won’t affect materials already printed or posted.
    • The rebate option requires a completed testimonial that meaningfully responds to the prompts provided. One-word, incomplete, or unclear submissions do not qualify.
    • Disclosure: When we share testimonials, we state that you participated in a beta cohort and may have received a discount or program credit.
    • What we accept:
      • Video (60–90s): say your first name (or initials), city/state optional. Speak to (1) your tiny action, (2) what changed in your body, (3) one line to someone on the fence.
      • Written (75–150 words): same three prompts; photo optional.
    • How to submit: We’ll send a secure link at Week 7–8 with the Release form and upload fields.

    The Community is ongoing learning and reflection. Founders is a guided 8-week cohort with more structure, live support, and defined progression.

    Q4. Is this therapy or medical treatment?

    Q5. Will I need supplements or buy products?

    Yes. Founders helps you decide if the 12‑week program is a fit.

    Q8: I see “Pay Monthly” at PayPal. Can I use that for Founders?
    Yes, if PayPal offers it to you. It’s a financing option between you and PayPal. Silent Medicine charges a one-time $399.99 for this program and does not manage financing terms, approvals, interest, or schedules.

    Q9: Is Founders Circle cohort-based?
    Yes. Founders Circle opens in intentional cohort cycles rather than continuous enrollment. Depending on when you join, there may be a shorter or longer preparation period before your cohort officially begins. During that time, you may be guided into a welcome or preparation space so you can settle in before the program opens.
