Sometimes, Less Is More. A personal observation from My TIENS Journey.
August 4, 2026
More is not always better.
As I continue exploring my TIENS products, I am paying close attention to how my body responds.
I enjoy wearing both my TIENS crystal bracelet and my Somavedic crystal bracelet… but I discovered that I cannot comfortably wear them at the same time.
When I wore one on each wrist, within about two minutes I felt a strong sensation moving into my fingers. It was not soothing, and it was far too loud for me to ignore, lol.
I removed the Somavedic bracelet, and I have since chosen to alternate them instead. I tend to wear my TIENS bracelet during the day and my Somavedic bracelet at night. When I am going out, I choose one depending on how I feel and what I am wearing.
For me, conscious wellness includes observing, listening, and responding, rather than assuming that combining more things will always produce a better experience.
My body spoke clearly, and I listened.
As you explore TIENS with me, I invite you to listen to your body too.

Gentle reminder: This is my personal experiences with TIENS crystal bracelet and my Somavedic crystal bracelet, not a prediction of how anyone else will respond. Our bodies are different. Stay well hydrated, pay attention to your body, and let your own experience guide you.
